You know, the only coffee I've had that I actually liked was in northern Spain. I don't know what they do to their coffee but it's like a completely different hot drink. It's yumola.

Especially cafe con leche. I loved riding in the train car where they served bocadillas and cafe con leche. You could munch and look out the window at the fabulous scenery.

I've cut waaaay back on the caffeine. Enough so that when I have a bottle of pop (soda, to some of you), I am wired and can't sleep.

Decaf tea for this time of day. That doesn't get rid of the problem of having to get up and go to the bathroom three times a night, though.
