The Old Folks Home

And I thought getting up once a night was a PITA!
TMI, sorry. I can pee just before I go to bed. 20 minutes later, I have to go again. And if I so much as THINK, "Do I need to pee?" I have to get up and go, even if it's a dribble, or I won't get back to sleep. So, yeah, three times is about average. :hmm

I'm wondering what in the world my dog is thinking! You never saw a dog run so fast in the other direction when it comes to flea drops, nor so fast in my direction when the muscle cream comes out with menthol in it. Stinky mess, butt his butt and back legs love the massage and the after effect me thinks. Anyone else for a massage?

I switched to decaf coffee in the morning. Used to do a 10 oz mug of regular coffee, drink it down about 2/3rds then quit for the day. No caffeine after noon. Afternoon I switch to decaf tea for the rest of the day. Since I'm supposed to up my fluid intake drinking tea means I'm usually up at night also @Sally PB either that when I wake up in the morning, DH better not be in my pathway to the bathroom or he is going to have foot prints on his back.

The one good thing though about drinking decaf is the other day I walked by the coffee maker I picked up since decaf is against DH's religion and thought, man I'd love another cup of coffee. It was 12:30 though and then it dawned on me! Hey! Decaf! No more Coffee Curfews!

Ask your dr for a Rx for Gemtesa. Can now go all night! And three hours or more during the day! That other stuff, Myrbetriq, can cause dementia!
