Good day. I keep finding more places to dig for rocks. Scufflin Acres has amethyst veins, open during certain times of the year. About 90 minutes from here! Can hardly wait for spring!

Morning everyone!

Today be bake cookies day and dang the diet I'm eating them!

@CapricornFarm I spent the evening last night identifying and labeling some of my rock finds and doing some reading. Keokuk Iowa is about an hour or so away from where we live and they have the geode beds there but the one place I seem to be obsessed about even though I know it's probably not going to happen is UTAH! So many rock specimens there and fossils too!

I need to find areas closer to home to explore although our neighbor found a perfect chert spear head in the stream by our house so there are things to be found close to home.

Returned from town unscathed. PetSmart, The Amish market, and TSC were slightly more busy than normal. Costco not a chance that I was waiting to get gas as you could not even enter the service area. Went to WaWa and immediately pulled up to an empty pump.
