The Old Folks Home

What I don't like is having to load my little plastic sled up with buckets of water and feed and pulling it up the hill to the coop with snow over my ankles and the wind coming from the northwest and hitting me smack in the face.
My animals' feed lives in the barn so I only have to haul that when I get another 50# bag. The 25 hens and 2 alpacas don't drink even 2.5 gallons of water a day so I just carry an old 2.5 gallon cat litter jug. And it is downhill to the barn ;) But Snow over my ankles is a "non snow" period. It channels with the wind between the barns and there can be a couple of feet there with nothing between the little barn and house where the wind sweeps it clean.

Going to the dentist for a root canal tomorrow. Also meeting a guy to sell a rabbit.
That does NOT sound like a fun day!!!

No, dreading it.

I got up this morning (yep still above ground) decided to warm and do some stretching, My body is asking what do you think your doing, stop that before you hurt me
You ever watch dogs or cats when they get up after a long snooze? First thing they do is stretch! You ain't that old ya whipper snapper, you can still work out the kinks. Then get busy! Keep that bod moving at all costs!
