How do you "fast fall asleep"ers do it!?!?!

Lie down, close eyes, fall asleep.

They asked if it was my 1st .. I replied No oh good so booster .. said I had one year ago .. She said fine this is the booster ?

There are 2 different pneumonia vaccines. I got my first one in Dec, supposed to get the other one a year later.

I envision laying on a mattress floating on the water. Sinking deeper in the matress, warm, comfortable, rest....

If you focus on one singular item, say the letter A, or a number.. visualize it and keep focusing on it, you mind has to stop racing around to do what you want.

They got back to us on replacing the entire AC system, including all new ducts, and vents. It's NOT cheap. They start on Tues., and expect to finish up on Friday. I was checking the 10 day forecast. The temps won't go higher than 82 in the daytime, and we have the portable AC unit, so we will not overheat. It will only be that hot in the latter part of the afternoon, then the temps drop again shortly after sunset. I think with the fans, we may be fine, even without the portable AC. That remains to be seen, though.
