Heavy rain and severe thunderstorm until 8 or later tonight. It's been so dry there are no complaints around these parts from the farming community.

Maybe the little boost for the insomnia meds will work. Not taking but half what a doc told me he took to turn the wheels off at night.

Even with all the sleepy stuff short of a good goblet of wine it was a rough night. I'm going to try and get my sleep resynced. First thing is to limit naps to 30 minutes and none after 2 p.m. Have a blessed day everyone from the O.P. Home.

Melatonin is a no go for those of us who suffer from depression and take meds for it.

I didn't plan on a long nap today but........ at least I only took 1 instead of 3. It's almost 90° outside but I still need to add to venture out and see who is doing what.
