I'm dreading Thursday. If I can get the propane to work on our turkey fryer I've got a bunch of wild and crazy roosters to catch the night before so I can get them properly dressed for the freezer. They literally run wild chasing pullets that are doing the same. These pullets will lay while their parents molt. I'm amazed how they came out laying large eggs within days of starting.

I found the problem and fixed it and now I have a way to heat a big pot of water. Tomorrow there will be a lot of plucking going on.

Also paid to replace the screen on my smart phone.
Not sure how it was broke still.
I do not pluck birds hold about 4 minutes boiling water skin them.

I will try some of the older birds that way. Younger birds that we will grill or fry we will want the skin on.

Me too. And my hips and my shoulders and my knees... And my where ever it can move into. Lower back is where it is the worst. If I don't keep moving I'm gonna be a statue for the chickens to roost on.

I went to get a new one for mine today. Too busy. Will go back. I bought a warranty..good thing. This will be the second one. I went years without a problem and all of a sudden I have two.

Me too! But..I don't have chickens anymore so me as a statue will have to do for the hummingbirds I feed. Aww..wouldn't that be cute?
