I would love a good nap but my effort was futile. Two many things are bouncing in my mind to sleep. I still got some rest before the afternoon chores begin. Need to go get a half ton of feed and more hanging feeders. More mouths to feed.

Can be. Not always. My nose doean't bleed all winter long like it did in MO.

Ugh..my problem this past week. Going away now. Have to wonder if the vaccines got me a bit sick this time..started out as a bit of runny nose. Then a small bleeding. Or...the heat being turned on for the first time this year..in the mornings. That does get me at first.

They don't run the batteries down very fast. Usually there is a little battery monitor on the screen that show their status.

Me too. Only see them in our mountains here, also foothills. Not in the valley.

Rain started first time today. Went out to scrape the tables and boards.
Heard the rain start loud on the roof, stopped in the garden for lettuce.
Jacket was dripping but is a carhart raincoat so me stayed dry.
