The Old Folks Home

And if you missed it, you had to watch all the towns all over again 🤣🤣

I wish we had one of those little neighborhood Wal~Mart stores. Closest one is not in a neighborhood for us as it is 60+ miles away.
We have two of them in Woodland and do not have a super Wal-Mart here. Theis a super Wal-Mart in West Sacramento that is about 15 miles away.

We have supper WM stores both east and west of us. 12 miles to the west and 25 to the east. If we go east even more nice places to select from to shop for grocery and soft lines. And even more so with eateries for good Chinese and other specialty foods. Best of all they have our beloved Publix supermarket.

So I hope you are like me and looking ahead at all the fun, adventure and excitement that life still has in store for you and not the past. Happy belated Birthday.
Microchick, you bet!!! And thank you so much. My health is surprisingly good so far and I have two little grandkids (Grandson nearly 3 years and his baby sister 3 months) I intend to dote on and engage in country life at least long enough so they'll remember me clearly! Grandson's already fascinated with feeding fresh leaves to the chickens and running with the dogs (when he visits from their little Burbank, Calif. apartment). So happy you found your DH and are making a great life together!

So far, no "You're so old..." cards from anybody; hope you can find a worse one to retaliate with!
