Good morning, OF. Looking like a good day weatherwise here.

One more dry day here. The rain/storms hold off until late in the day/overnight. So one more day to get stuff done outside.

I'm definitely "feeling it" in my right hand/wrist today. That's the wrist I broke nearly 10 years ago, and it's talking to me. Not saying anything nice, either!

We are the same age huh? I am on otezla mean medicine
does takes 98 % of my pain but is not a biologic.

I do have psoriasis so might have psoriatic arthritis. I need to get that checked out!

Very much so Ron really was such a game changer for me.
it is mean, I am told to take 2 day. I am like a sick goose on gravel bar.
I take 1 in the morning 1/2 at night every other night.
Eat yogurt every other night.
It does repair the body as it works.

I am having symptoms of an enlarged spleen too which can be caused by psoriasis. I need to make an appointment soon.
