I have two color printers. A 17" and a 24" and neither one works now. One needs the print heads cleaned and the other has an error msg about paper jam that does not exist. No service center within many miles of me.

Look to see if a sensor was knocked off in the paper path.

It has been a busy day! I had to run a homeless person out of our building this morning and the we had a long staff meeting after that.

Went to Costco and stocked up on a few things. And found hubby some Coke in glass bottles! That wasn't a cheap add on to the list, but he doesn't drink it every day, so it'll last quite a while.
