Gooood morning, OF!

35F and I'm supposed to open coop doors? OMG! I wish hubby would let me get automatic doors. Maybe next year he thinks, but we'll need 6 of them...a small fortune.

I'm whining already and in a month or two there will be a minus sign in front of that 35. They don't come out when it's that cold is the only bonus!

You are already close to as low as it got in Woodland, CA last winter!

Is this a rhetorical question?
No, it's a myth but true in some cases, like me, sassy one! :lau My hands really do get sore when I overdo it on tomatoes. My mom's did too. When I complained, she told me to try reduce eating so many tomatoes so I did, and it works. I forgot this summer when they ripened and pigged out. An hour later my hands were aching so bad I took a tylenol. Never have since.

You'll think this is weird I suppose, but a bar of Irish Spring on the mattress helps keep my charlie horses gone too.

There's a huge difference between myths and conspiracy theorys so I don't want to get anyone thinking I wear a tin hat. I'm just a sucker for believing it when it works on me! :old

I've never heard of this. Any idea on how it works?
No, but supposedly higher scented soap works better. It is another myth or wives tail, but I proved it works. Studies were done and there were some hypothesis as to how it works but I just started doing it about 20 years ago and it is noticeable.

The bar has to be replaced about every 6 months as it dries completely out. I stick mine in a knee-high nylon, then under the bottom sheet down where it won't bother me.
