I can feel my back stiffening up from all the garden work I did today. Tomorrow is a repeat. I'll take something if I need it in the morning.

Oh, here's something that might help someone. A couple weeks ago when I rolled my ankle, I took two ibuprofen when it started hurting. Nada. Still hurt. I remember someone said that one Tylenol plus one Ibuprofen worked better than either alone. So I did that, and the pain was gone.

I did the same thing when it hurt the next day, and yep, it worked then too.
