I missed some days on here so things I missed that I can relate too:

Knee replacement is on the table for me. I have bone on bone from arthritis with my left knee.

I also have to see if there is a tendon or ligament proceedure that can make my right foot go up higher.

I have not has trigger finger but I do get a nerve spark in my finger when I reach for something some times. It usually happens for several weeks and goes away.

This is stuff I will work on after I retire on July 1st.

We had the worst air quality in the country yesterday. I was rushing to get the minimum I needed done in the garden, and I'm paying for that now. My muscles will loosen up a bit, the more I move around.
