We had the worst air quality in the country yesterday. I was rushing to get the minimum I needed done in the garden, and I'm paying for that now. My muscles will loosen up a bit, the more I move around.

So far out air quality has been ok. I do need to fire up that app soon though!

If we have fires close to us we go past purple on the chart

Air quality here has been bad due to Canadian wildfires and north-easterly winds.
Still need to get mowing done though.

Weeded more in the garden after I cleaned tables and boards.
Sitting here changed to cutoffs now having cold chicken wings.

I might regret pulling some weeds in the garden today. My back might tell me about it tomorrow.

Mowed a lot of lawn and cleared an overgrown/branches littered corner of the front. Too much in the heat - I'll be whining tomorrow. I've already taken Advil.

It is hot here also weeded in the garden yesterday.
I am whining today.

No whining here. Body is not tormenting me too much, and I have taken it easy today so far.
