Our first flock three years ago got started by trading a bushel of apples to a young married Amishman for 4 light Brahmas and 5 ISA browns. All were pullets just ready to start laying! Still have them all a couple of the ISA browns aren`t in the best health but still here. He just lives a quarter mile away as the crow flys. We became friends after that! I got some Buff Orpingtons from him and some lavenders from him too. Recently a couple of Golden laced Wyandottes! I love to trade! 🙂

It is a big tourist trap lol They run a huge flea market all summer long all kinds of shops uptown. People come from far and wide! They have a big theater I guess you would call it all kinds of bands come there. A lot of them from the 70`s which was my time!
