I've been taking 'beetroot' supplementation for a couple of months and notice improvement in a couple of bodily functions.

Could you elaborate?

I mean, is this a guy thing, or is it overall making an improvement in mobility?

Lordy knows I could use something as that springing out of bed is in slow motion these days.

For me it seems to have affected digestive system positively as well as a slight lowering of BP. Springing out of bed will likely remain in slow motion.
