The Old Folks Home

I am pretty much recovered from the Christmas baking and cooking.

I am also warming up from being outside doing battery maintenance. Some moisture got to the Battery during the atmospheric storms we had one of they had very strong winds. When I was heading the the ATM today, the battery was low. I cleaned the terminals and posts, got the gunk off of the batter and then added water to the six cells.

After an hour on the battery charger, The car started right up. Hopefully this will do the trick. I am going to get a new Used car in May so I do not want to put money into this one.

It is a 2005 Honda civic with 170,000 miles on it, which is low mileage for it's age!
Wow that IS low for a 2005! If I needed a used car I would definitely buy yours Ron! I’m betting you’re diligent with car maintainence.

I can't remember the details, but it was at work. I think I straightened up or stood up, and groaned. One of the kids I worked with squelched a smile.

"I saw that!" I said, and she laughed. I told her, "Remember this day, about 30 years in the future, ok? You'll have a different perspective."
