Brahma roo X Cream Crested Legbar= Olive Egger?

Green eggs...but not necessarily what most people think of as olive...brahma lay very light brown often almost pink eggs.

These eggs from this hen (mother part BCM and lots of other things, father looked like an Australorp, unknown parentage:

The babies were 5 black,4 cinnamon/stripe, 1 blue

These are my Olive Eggers I got from Meyer hatchery. In the catalog it says they have two different lines so I'm sure I got two of the legbar/welsummer mix & one Marans/Americana mix. The black one has sparse feathering on her legs & is HUGE (almost Roo size) compared to the other two girls. They haven't reached POL yet but will in August hopefully. They are very friendly too. So excited to see how their eggs turn out!

My first of three OE I got from Meyer Hatchery laid her first egg today. I'm pleased with its coloring. She was so proud & I was really happy it wasn't brown lol

Pretty!! I have gotten most of my chickens from Meyer, including an OE, but mine is the Welsummer cross. The Marans cross you got is really beautiful, and I'm glad she's started to lay pretty olive eggs for you! I had been hoping for the Marans cross, and was a bit disappointed at first when I saw my chick, and during her ugly duckling teenage phase, but I think she grew up into a lovely hen, and she has been an extremely reliable layer of perfect olive eggs.

Here are some pics of Hazel and her eggs. It looks like the bottom pullet in your pics has the Welsummmer's gold base, and may grow to look a lot like my Hazel. ETA - I just went back to look at the pics (photo added--I don't have any great ones), and my girl was always darker than yours, so yours may not get the mostly chestnut colored body like mine, but I bet she will still be lovely! The other one has a silver base, and may look more like a CCL when grown. Please post pics again when they are mature!

My other two OE from Meyer are definity the legbar type. I think they are super pretty as well! Yours are beautiful@hyzenthlay
I call mine the sisters lol. Sage has the crest & Olive is darker without a crest. Real original names I know
