The Olive-Egger thread!

We'll hello everyone I am new here in the world of olive egger land, as I am just starting my project. I actually started this project unexpectedly, because I got a BCM roo yesterday because I we'll just came across one and needed a breeding age rooster. And coincidently have a flock of easter eggers that I am going to try to kinda standardize over the years, and the marans will add color to not only the feathers but also the eggs, and should also add good size and type.

My lovley OE pullet, Olive, passed away today. I never got a egg from her either, but not that that matters. If she was still alive but didn't lay, I would love her just the same.

RIP Olive :hit :hit

I am so sorry peeps!

If you win the contest for best hatch rate on the New years day hatch a long, I will add some OE eggs for you. They will be Partridge Penedesenca by Arkansas Blues.
