What was the cross? Do you know the breeds of sire and hen?

Hen was a maran, roo was an Ameraucana, not sure on the colors of the parents, shipped eggs.

Agree...so far that big a comb so young means cockerel.

I've got an extra Olive egger, a sexed pullet from My Pet Chicken. I'm in Eastern WA. Anyone want to buy her?

I'm happy to report that she got a good local home. I must say that I'm impressed with the size and disposition f the MPC olive Egger chicks, they are the tamest chicks I've had yet and they are big and plump.
