If legbars are being used in the cross instead of ameraucanas then the point about pea comb/no pea comb doesn't apply.

Is there any sure way to sex a 7 day old OE chick? Is feather sexing an accurate thing for this breed? Any advice would be so appreciated!

WaitWhat?!!? You hatched the chicks.... or some other lady?Chick one was from one of my red based Dellie-Wellie Roos and likely a splashed Olive-Egger Hen
Chick two was from one of my white based Dellie-Wellie Roos and likely a blue with red bleed Olive-Egger Hen
Chick three was from my main Welsummer Roo and likely a lavender Olive-Egger Hen
With those mixed genetics. who knows what you'll get for eggs......I would certainly not guarantee olive eggs from those crosses.
If I put my Red Sexlink hen in the breeding pen with my Creaml Legbars (one roo and 3 hens) would that cross produce Olive Eggers)?
Not sure the red sexlink eggs would be dark enough to get the deep olive color, but some shades of green!
