"There's more?" HE asked surprised that more terrible things to happen to one animal.
(I ahve to go now! BYE!)
(aww.... BYEA! I'll type her story anyways.)
'I went out adventuring, and I was taken by one of my old villagers. He took me to my fathers grave. He said 'This is what'll happen to you!' Then he ran off with me, and I was deathly afraid. Midnight searched for days. During those days I was forced to fight other wolves and dogs. If I didn't win, I was beaten with a wooden board, then tossed out the window. Every time I lost, I was sent to a more harsh owner with more cruel punishments. He flew to a new place one day, I had to carry everything he packed. The next owner forced me to fight again. And I lost, he set my den outside on fire. I was sent to another owner, who locked me in a cage and killed my friend I had made. I had to watch him do it all. Once he retired from the fighting, I had been chained up to his deck, and left to die. He never fed me, I could only go 5 feet away from the deck. He took me hunting once, and he almost shot a pregnant bobcat, so I moved in front of him and the bullet lodged in my leg. He struck my face with a wooden board filled with nails and left me to limp home. Midnight found me, and the cruel man found her, and shot her. She survived, and managed to get away. Now I'm here.'

'My Ma sometimes visits me in my dreams and tells me it all will be alright. But I was forced to watch her die. And I did not say my past was like yours. It was a lot worse than how I told it.'

"Hmmmm... I know it wasn't like mine... But it was similar..."

'I'd better go.' Queen shifted uncomfortably and walked off.
Zaid got up and started to walk to his right. The setting sun cast shadows in every which way. He looked up into the trees and spotted a small bird singing gayly. He smiled and continued on.
