Midnight didn't answer, only ate in silence. Queen was lying beside her.

Day sighed, pulling off his hoodie and letting the dark wings at his back loosen.

Midnight could hear a distinct flapping noise, when a girl, around Day's age, landed in the clearing. "Misumi. Welcome back ." Midnight greeted her. Misumi sat down next to her, folding in her large (about 14 ft) jet-black wings, her black hair falling into her face, hiding her pale complexion and icy, needle-sharp blue eyes.

That kinda spoils the fun .. Can't Day be a unique and be the only with wings .. ? Or Atleast be the first one, because that kinda defeats the purpose of wanting him.
