Madge gave him a questioning glance before picking up her jacket and beginning to walk back to camp.

He caught her glance at the corner of his eye. He faced her, "What?"

"It just sounded odd, you being so calm about nobody being around. You usually like people being around."

"Seth is probably doing his own thing. Same with Jessie. Max and Mia usually spend time hunting. Besides I like spending time with you alone." He smiled at her.

She smiled, "Same here."
