Madge stretched out on her stomach beside him in her usual fashion.

James grinned. "What do you keep looking away from me?"

He looked over to her and smiled, "Goodnight, my love." He said.

She pursed her lips and didn't answer.

She grinned. "Night."

"Pidge," He squinted, a mischievous grin hiding behind his lips "Answer me."

He closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Her heart thumped loudly. She prayed he couldn't hear. She finally looked at him from across the fire.

Madge soon few asleep as well. A few times throughout the night she become cold and would search for his warmth, ending up curled next to him with her head on his chest.

"Are you going to answer me?" He questioned watching her.
