The P.N.W Flock.

Pics
Big news in the PNW flock!
In our feather recovery pen, one of our hens in our small flock, or a trio of them, have been hiding eggs in their secret nests in the briar patch! There were three nests, 12 eggs in total, and apparently, five are fertile, and already possibly a week in! :th

(If they hatch)
Since we cannot handle more chickens, especially roosters, and this sprung upon us all of a sudden, we will possibly have to give them away....

But fortunately, our neighbor has been wanting chickens, so we will likely offer some to him if they do hatch!
Yes, my chickens are not happy! Its supposed to get over 110 on monday.
We are going to be in Seattle on that day!
They say 109!

here are some hot chicks to fire up them cockerels!

Almost 9 o’clock and 84°, we hope we don’t lose some of our hens, they are panting and holding their wings open, just like us, they aren’t used to this heat flash!
