Yay! I need to go on a walk but the dusty winds are kicking up ! We really need some rain or snow to help keep the dirt down.

I got a lot knitted on my scarf today. It was rainy for most of the day, so a good day to stay inside.

If I knit as much again every day for a week, I'll be done with this scarf!

I probably won't, but that's ok too. I'm enjoying the process, which is the point. The nice warm scarf at the end of it is a bonus.

Sometimes it's the only thing. And look! He has my mug! I think I'll go join him. But if I sit beside him I may have a hard time getting back up!

My cockerel, Moon Shadow, has at least 8 pullets who are madly in love with him. Here they are all clustered around and under him at bedtime like a bunch of groupies. There is plenty of room elsewhere on the roost!
