I really liked Chicken People. If you are expecting a movie about chickens you may be disappointed. While there is plenty of chicken footage, the film is really about a few people that breed/show chickens as a hobby. The film explores the ways this hobby has affected their lives, mostly in positive and stabilizing ways. It is really interesting to hear from the families of these people who can see how much the chickens have helped their family member.

It is currently on Amazon Prime so it may be free for you to watch.

that's how I saw it. I did find it really fascinating.
