Which of your chickens is the most tame?

Considering I only have two full grown hens via a bunch of roosters in my first batch, um, surprisingly, my baby Brown Leghorn. She follows me around the yard while I do things, unless her friends are out with her. She likes sitting on my knee or hunting for slugs in the garden while I lift the stones. Then my baby BO's, both of them are pretty friendly. All three of these girls are the first to jump up onto the lip of the brooder when I pen the lid, and all of them peep 'HI!' when they get their balance back.

My Japanese rooster is the most tame when I hold him. My Porcelain d'Uccle is the most friendly though.
