What's the most serious sickness/injury you've ever had?

Well in my life I've had pneumonia, been in the hospital 2 times for dehydration, 16 stitches in my leg, more cuts and scrapes and bruises than the miles between the Earth and Moon, and a broken arm (I broke it in two places and it was badly twisted. The bone almost came through the skin). So... I don't know what was the worst.
