Sir Crusty impatiently stood. Luna was a bit more impartial. But hey, an excuse to leave the stuffy villa.
 
The judge pecked a hard surface that echoed through the whole room. The crowd silenced. "Butterscotch, you are here today for the crime of helping a mass murderer escape. State your case," said The judge's gravely voice.

“I believe in second chances” Butterscotch said softly “and I believe if any of you had, had to do what I had to, because when it comes down to letting your sister die before your eyes it giving up your sanity, I’m afraid I’d rather save my sister. Yes she may not be perfect and she may not have the best track record but nobody does. And it could be worse, I could have killed the Queen when she was right next to me but I didn’t cause she is like a mother to me! I may sound crazy but I’m not. I am a child who has had a unstable life, I will never go out of my way to hurt the royals, the Princesses are like sisters to me the king like a dad and the Queen like a mother.” She met Queen Daisy’s eyes “that’s all I have to say”.

Luna groaned. This child's morals were unstable. That was the absolute worst case she had ever heard. She would let her son be killed if he started killing chickens.
Crusty groaned louder. How immoral could this child be?
