If we can't run it with electricity, then we'll use belt treadmills and little dog labor -- there are plenty on the island, after all....

As the myst reaches it full effect an amazing glare to the West side of the Castle approx 50yrds away....
As the glare begins to fade and @Nabiki 's forces take the castle my water shield appears.....View attachment 2356820
I appear to float thru the water as it appears & land in front of the draw bridge gate. I stand and walk up to the Sorceress Queen of thee Shinobu Kingdom holding the ancient leather and dragon scale manuscript before me with the smile of a Cheshire cat. "This magical vessel will allow you to control my water walking weapon. You may use it wisely while I'm away. I bequeath this for you to honorably use it wisely for the betterment of us all. I shall return in due time...."

I lay the manuscript on the ground, turn and in a flash I fade thru the water wall and vanish. The gate remains and is mounted to a metallic anti-gravity vessel.
