A neon green glowing robe with a binder twine weaved belt. The prehistoric staff is petrified redwood sapling with a nodual of ember the size of a softball that glows from within... Upon closer inspection the glow is from a miniature universe floating within it's core.
The hood from the robe shields the face from excess radiation yet, the yellow lenses of giggles are still visible to anyone close enough to see.
