I wasn’t gonna complain about the great food Moony gives his prisoners, but I don’t really like a repeat on breakfast. Excellent idea!
I love carnitas.

Amer is inherently suspicious of the food. It is a great improvement over the roasted “chicken” but now she is worried about poison.
Until she sees Sealer eating it.
“This is excellent!” she says, carefully eating the carnitas with a fork and a knife like a proper princess. “But now we’re miles away from the island! I wouldn’t get there before nightfall. Great. I have to spend a night on this boat.”
You really couldn’t cross the bay without Captain Sealer’s interference. The traitor was gaining himself quite an infamous name in the two days he had since leaving Moony’s navy.
The carnitas are putting Amer in good humor so she asks “So what did you think of the sucker punch I gave you?”

I hope the Carnitas wasn’t poisoned because I ate four of them. Anyway, we have arrived at Nutter Island. I had to throw away everything in your barrel but I refilled it with all kinds of good food. Take it and a barrel of rum for whoever wants it on the island.
