The question before us is...Roo or Hen?

This little chick keeps confusing me....one day it behaves like any other hen....
Next day it is hanging with my three other roosters and obviously in the pecking order it is the last.

Can you help me?

I'm guessing that's a pullet. The crest is nicley uniform in shape, and I don't see any streamers. A cockerel would have a messed up look to his crest and streamers would be present.
