The real Humidity and temp

What is the correct humidity for jumbo coutrnx quail?

Does it have to change the last few days or does stay the same all 16/18 days?

The same question goes for the temp.

IDEAL: 99.5 F 40% humidity

pump to 60% humidity when you stop turning eggs (day 15 i think)

pretty sure thats correct
