Kendall blinked. The light were off when she blinked again. Then they came on once se blinked again. She screamed and ran to Dustins house then thought again about talking to him in person. So, she walked to the mall. (Which was only about a mile from her house.) She had about 75 bucks to spend. She went to Pretzel Palace and sat down. She ordered two pretzels and a coke. While she ate she kept thinking about the whole light thing. She sighed. As she blinked the lights went off again. Then they came back on. "What the hell?" She said to herself. Kendall raced to Shoe Dept. to get those shoes she wanted before the lights did their "thing" again. She got the shoes and ran back home.

As Kendall ran out she saw Kat from school. Kat looked scared as well. Kendall stopped Kat. "Did you see the lights go off?" Kendall looked up and pointed to show Kat.
