Jessica fought with increased vigor after she leapt through some flames. Cutting down two soldiers, she was about to do the same whe a blade the colour of ebony burst from one of the mens chests. The man stiffened, and fell, before the rest were chopped down. Their attacker stood, blade inhand, and Jessica was awed at the sight of a young girl.

Delilah shifted back feeling dizzy. She and Emma stopped fighting just in time to see a few of the soliders running away. They both knew there were more then that few but they continued back to camp.
