Emma nodded "I'll go." She said she went out side her tent.

They built up the fire around Eric's body.

Neytiri led her family into her tent. "You can sleep here tonight. Austin will have a tent for each of you soon." She said. She walked up to Austin.

Austin was standing by the fire, silent and grave.

 

[TechnoCat]

Neytiri wound her fingers through his, her jade green eyes dim. Her human form's skin was deadly pale. She would not look at Austin, only watching the ground.

Suddenly, the fire blazed. But it was not a natural blaze. Austin jumped back with Ney as the fire swirled in circles, and the orb appeared over the fire.

Neytiri, before she had seen the orb, wrapped one hand around Austin's neck, shaking. She looked back up and saw the orb. "Eric..." She whispered.

As the fire died, a standing form could be seen. It began to walk out of the flames. It was Eric.

Neytiri's breath stopped in a quiet gasp, placing a hand over her mouth. "It can't be..."

"I told you, I never die...I only journey on." He smiled.
