"You- you mean- she- she can't..." Karan stammered. She turned to Austin, and shoved him, sending him staggering backwards. "You idiot!!! Why didn't you help her?!?!?! You're supposed to protect her!!!" She yelled, her eyes narrowed to slits and blazing with fury, her tail lashing with every word. Her ears laid back in serious anger. "You could have saved her, you useless, worthless, fox-hearted piece of crap!" She snarled. Tears burned at the corners of her eyes.

He was silent, merely walking away to kneel by Ney's body.

Karan turned and stalked away into the trees.

Austin picked up Ney's lifeless body, then howled/snarled. He was swearing revenge for Ney, he would destroy anyone who stood in the way of fulfilling the oath.

The moon rose above the somber skies, and Karan came back. "She's telling me things." She murmured.

"Before she died, she said to go to a cave...Do you know where it is?" Eric asked Karan.

 

[TechnoCat]

"Yes." Karan muttered. "She'd want us to go to the Cave of Shining Moss. Follow me."

Austin carried Ney's body silently.

 

[TechnoCat]

Karan stopped at a regular looking cave. "Here we are."
Inside, the cave walls were lined with millions of diamonds, when Austin, carrying Neytiri's lifeless body, passed the walls, the diamonds glew brighter. Ancient whispers arose from the silence, making the cave's walls grow brighter.

Austin just sighed, not paying the diamonds or whispers any attention.

"Karan led him to the back of the cave, where a pile of moss, glowing dully, lie. "Lay her here." Karan instructed.
