This is where you will find any future posts from me about my little flock. I thought it would be best to have them all in one place instead of creating 50 thousand separate posts. I don't think I will ever be that active. Below are my previous posts if you would like to catch up. I will post an update on my chickens very soon.

02/10/2022 - Proper Update on Chicks
Last year in December my incubated eggs hatched. I don't remember exactly how many eggs we had in the incubator. Four hatched, out of them we had two Australorps and two Buff Orphintons. There was a fifth that passed sometime during the zipping process. I extracted it to see what it was. I don't remember the breed but it had black feathers.

One of the Austalorp chicks developed curled toes. We made a shoe and I'm happy to say it's running around now perfectly fine without one. That chick along with one of the BO chicks had to be relocated as they were males and I can't keep them where I live.

Here are some pics of the chicks in the brooder

Aside from a much wanted Plymouth Rock, I'm not sure if I will get many more chickens. Love my feathered babies, thanks for reading and see you next time!
