The Red Wattle Gang is One Year Old Today. It's a celebration!

The cat food soaked in the scrambled eggs while the concoction cooled, so the kibble was soft. No, I wasn't on my belly. I was sitting in 'child's pose' with the camera close to the ground. Look close and you can see my reflection on the silver bowl. The camera has an articulated screen so I can snap photos at odd angles. It was difficult getting the photos at first as the action was so fast!

It was my flock's first 'hatchday' yesterday as well- they certainly didn't get this sort of feast! My birdies got some mealworms- their favorite- and some oatmeal-their second favorite!
