Mason snorted. "I meant where you lived. If you didnt have a flock, did you live with humans? did you live in a tree?"

"i usually roosted in the trees and what are humans?" he said stumbling over the unusual word human

Mason gave an odd look at Heather. "You know, the animals that walk straight up on their hind legs. They live in buildings. They use big machines to get around. Where did you roost. Certainly not in GoldenFlock territory." he said, casting a nervous glance at Heather.

"i have never seen what you are talking about before and i didn't know where this flock was, i have been roaming the woods ever since i was 6 months old" he said "walking by day and sleeping in the trees by night"
(btw he is about 1 year and 3 months old)

Heather looked at Mason. "What did you do before 6 months of age?" he asked.

"my master Osthato Chetowa or Mourning Sage took care of and trained me" he said being careful of what he said about his master

"Trained?" Mason echoed. "So you know how to fight?"

"well... its not really fighting persay... well thats not what it usually is used for" he had difficulty discribing it because many did not have the tallent but he had the rare talent

"then what did he train you in?" Mason asked.
