Heather looked at her. "I wasnt going to punish him. I was warning him in case there is a 'next time'. but i think he just earned himself a punishment" she added quietly.

Tena heard calls and knew she wa in trouble, but was too deep into the Charred Forest to know where she was.

eragon kept flying by now he was almost 3/4ths of a mile away and his wings were burning but he kept flying, he had a small light body so it was easy for him to fly

((chickens cant fly for that long. they can barely stay airborne))

eragon was panting now he was very far away from the flock but he couldn't stay there if he was going to get in trouble for protecting others so he kept flying... and flying... and flying...

(trust me i have some flying chickens! they fly all over the place, not like normal birds but they can fly a good 10 feet while staying the same height so maybe he is flying tree to tree)
