"its not self pity" he said his voice hard "its pity for devinity if he ever comes he will kill her if i am not there to battle him" he said "and the only way i might be able to defeat him would be in a magic battle because of how strong he is" he told her

she looked at him hard. "You are wrong Eragon. Divinity is in trouble, but it had nothing to do with you. And why do you think Divinity cant handle herself. She knows magic too"

"i know but she left and did not finish her training, and she was never as strong as me. by the end of my training i was stronger than mourning sage but he has gone mad and is probobly stronger now" he said still looking down

"Eragon" she said, calmer now. "Right now we need to focus on what is happening now. Why did you contact me?"

"i am focusing on what is happening now! its what keeps me awake at night unable to sleep!" he yelled upset then calmed himself with a few long breaths and said "i contacted you because i thought you could answer my questions but now i don't think you can" he said sadly

"i'm sorry, i'm just upset and confused" he said appologizing for his outburst

She smiled. "Of coarse i can" she said. "But not only that, i am guiding you. Only i can wake you from your dream. Which means i wont release you until we are satisfied"
