The Reverse Tractor

While sitting with my wife this evening and letting out brooder babies enjoy they grass. I got to thinking...thinking of making a reverse chicken tractor. One that will be 6 or 8' by 3 or 4 wide. It'll be. a smaller trailer with pnuematic tires for easy rolling. Ill use growing trays that are trimmed to fit the trailer. Top it off with a simple frame and wire. Now in the wet winter I can bring the grass inside to my lil chickens as a special treat. Its just an idea to let my chickens play this winter while its wet here in the great pacific NW.

I was thinking of using my old tractor as an exclosure so I can start some plants in my run and keep the hens out of them until they are up . Hopefully all the hens will be integrated into the new house sooner or later.
