Wow, I only posted this one day ago!
I was pretty amazed at it's healing powers. This is my first flock of chickens. We ordered 20. When they were Just over a week old, one was picked on badly. We found her with all the feathering, and part of her meat gone over the right side of her neck, and down to just under her wing. It was weird seeing her muscle and seeing so clearly her breathing. In one spot just under her wing, it looked like they had almost reached her lung. When she would breath it looked like a little pocket would fill with Air, and deflate... We moved her in with our baby mallards that came in the same shipment, and although she wasn't getting any worse, she wasn't getting any better either. I assumed it had something to do with all the mess they make...
After a couple days, I hit up those, "Help me" threads that are so famous here. They recommended Nu Stock or Rooster Booster. Since Rooster Booster was all my local TS had, that is what I got.
Within 2 days she had all her skin back. Within a week she had most of her feathers back! I love the effect it had. Once we put this stuff on her, we moved her back in with the other chickens. They tried pecking her one time only. After the first peck, they seemed to think it was nasty, and left her alone. I think she was healed enough to not need any more within 2? Weeks. Her pretty white feathers were stained purple for a few more weeks, but now I couldn't pick her out from any of the other California white I have
