GOOD: Toby was crowing today...a lot. Not his usual performance. Then I look out and see him chasing a hen!!! GO, TOBY!!!
Toby feeling his oats and wanting to breed is a good sign and the first I've seen since their arrival. Good for him!
BAD: He didn't catch her....

Inside the capsules it's a powder. I soaked the capsule off and just mixed the OLE with some FF and put it on top of their morning feeding. I'll just use it in the feed for now. I'll be giving some in their feed morning and evening for 3 days. That's usually what dosage I give the family for any yeast related infections. Three days seems to be the kicker.
I just administered one capsule per bird but for a human, I use up to two each dose. You really can't overdose on this stuff and if a little is good, more is better, I always say!
OLE was the thing that really brought my youngest one out of his chronic upper respiratory illnesses when he was little. Started soon after birth and culminated at age 3 with tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus scraping, correction of deviated septum...you name it, the kid has had it. Needle allergy testing all over his back, etc. They never could find anything that was causing his chronic runny nose, cough, etc. After all that surgery and such, I decided the doctors didn't know their butts from a hole in the ground and started doing some research.
Then I took matters into my own hands, cut out all dairy, refined sugars, red dyes and started him on OLE. Within around 3 days we could see notable improvement and it just went on from there. No more antibiotics, no more illness, no more allergies. Now, when he starts to show the same symptoms, I advise the OLE and to stop eating all the darn pasta and sweets he puts down his gullet. He hasn't had any dairy all these years since.
