How do you fix drainage anyway? People say to fix the drainage problem, but don't say how.

Through the use of French drains, berms/swales, and/or diversion ditches as needed.

In extremis, moving the coop or using heavy machinery to re-grade the land.

The coops are modified old sheds that can't be moved. We'll figure something out though.

Thank you so much for all the suggestions everyone! I'm picking up some wood chips today. It hasn't rained since friday so things are starting to dry up a bit. I have an omlet eglu cube with the 13ft run, half of it is covered. I can get some pictures later if that would help.
